Research

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Florida Atlantic University, with a research focus on Computer Vision and Machine Learning with emphasis on biomedical applications. I work under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Borko Furht and serve as a Graduate Research Assistant at NSF Industry/University Cooperative Center - Center for Advance Knowledge Enablement.

Previously, I completed my Master’s degree at the University of Salerno, Italy, where I conducted research under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Vittorio Scarano. My academic journey is driven by a passion for applying deep learning and computer vision techniques to solve complex real-world problems, particularly in healthcare domain and intelligent systems.
